Platform

The acquisition pipeline, built on the county record

Four modules, one working file: who owns the minerals, what's happening on top of them, which owners are ready to transact, and where every conversation stands.

01 · Ownership intelligence

Every owner, cross-referenced

Millions of mineral-interest records compiled from appraisal districts, county filings, and commercial datasets — deduplicated, linked to wells and operators, and searchable by name, county, or section. Find the fractional heirs other buyers miss.

  • Owner name, address & interest records
  • Appraisal-linked values where available
  • Co-ownership and family-group graphs
  • Multistate holder roll-ups
02 · Activity radar

Permits and rigs, the day they move

Drilling permits, rig locations, completions, and operator changes across producing states — mapped to the tracts and owners they touch. When an operator permits a new lateral, you see whose minerals just became more valuable.

  • New drilling permits, refreshed continuously
  • Operator change events
  • Production trends and decline context
  • Lease and unit filings
03 · Seller signals

Catch minerals in motion

Ownership changes hands at life events. Mineral Eagle monitors succession events, probate filings, and transfer records, then matches them against mineral ownership — so your outreach lands when a decision is actually being made.

  • Succession & probate event matching
  • Heir identification workflows
  • Lead scoring & prioritization
  • Outreach tracking from letter to deed
04 · Pipeline

A working file, not a data dump

Leads move through stages with notes, tasks, offers, and generated letters attached. Saved searches and daily digests keep your buy-box in front of you without re-running the same queries.

  • Lead stages, tasks & offer tracking
  • Letter generation
  • Saved searches & daily digests
  • County drill-down maps

Frequently asked questions

Is Mineral Eagle landman software?

It covers the research half of a landman's job — ownership identification, activity monitoring, and lead management for acquisitions. It is not a GIS mapping suite or title plant, though it links to the underlying county records you would verify against.

Can I export data?

Yes. Owner lists, lead exports, and county activity reports can be exported for use in your own mail-merge, dialer, or spreadsheet workflows.

How fresh is the data?

Permit and activity data refresh continuously; ownership sources refresh on the cadence each county or state publishes. Every record shows its source and last-updated date.

How do I get access?
