Know what an interest is worth before you write the number

Production & Value Intelligence ties production history, decline context, and cumulative-production and EUR signals to the wells under an owner’s interest — so you size a position on evidence, not a guess, right where you are already working the lead.

01 · On the well

Production history on the owner’s wells

Each owner’s interest is tied to the producing wells underneath it, with production history pulled from state regulators where it is published. Instead of an abstract interest, you see what the wells have actually produced over time — the starting point for any honest read on what a fraction is worth.

  • Wells tied to the owner’s interest
  • Production history where published
  • Oil & gas volumes over time
  • Sourced from state regulators
02 · Decline

Decline context, not just a number

A barrel today and a barrel three years into decline are not the same asset. The platform frames production against typical decline behavior, so a flush-IP well and a long-declining one read differently — and you do not overpay for a curve that is already on its way down.

  • Production framed against decline
  • Flush-IP vs long-declining flagged
  • See the trend, not a snapshot
  • Avoid paying for a curve in decline
03 · Cum & EUR

Cumulative-production and EUR signals

Cumulative-production and estimated-ultimate-recovery signals give a directional read on how much a well has made and may yet make — the inputs that move a per-NMA number more than anything else. They are modeled estimates for sizing and triage, surfaced with their basis, not a reserve report you would book.

  • Cumulative production to date
  • EUR signals for remaining upside
  • Directional, for sizing and triage
  • Surfaced as estimates, not booked reserves
04 · Underwrite

Size the interest before you offer

All of it rolls up to the question that matters: what is this interest worth before I write a number on it? Production and value context sits right on the owner record next to ownership and activity, so underwriting a lead is a read, not a separate project — and pairs with appraisal-linked values from Ownership Intelligence.

  • Value context on the owner record
  • Underwrite without leaving the lead
  • Pairs with appraisal-linked values
  • Evidence under the offer, not a guess

Production & Value Intelligence, briefly

Where does production data come from?

From state regulators that publish well production, tied to the wells under an owner’s interest. Availability and granularity vary by state — Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico are deepest. See the data coverage page for what is published where.

Are the EUR and cumulative figures a formal valuation?

No. Cumulative-production and EUR figures are modeled, directional signals for sizing and triage, surfaced with their basis — not booked reserves or a formal appraisal. Use them to prioritize and frame an offer, then underwrite with your own diligence before you transact.

How does this differ from the lead score?

The lead score ranks who to call first; this sizes what their interest may be worth. One prioritizes outreach, the other informs the number — they answer different questions and are meant to be used together.

Can I see decline behavior, not just totals?

Yes. Production is framed against typical decline, so a flush-IP well and a long-declining one read differently. That context is what keeps you from paying a flush-production price for a curve already in decline.

Does it replace my own underwriting?

No. It puts production and value context right on the owner record so underwriting a lead is faster, but the figures are estimates for triage. The diligence and the offer stay yours — this gives you the evidence to start from.

Bring two or three counties you work. On a demo we’ll pull a few real owners’ wells, show the production and decline context, and walk the cumulative and EUR signals behind the number.
