When you submit our mineral-rights value calculator's offer form ("Request your cash offer"), we collect the information you choose to provide:

• Your state and (optionally) county, and any message you add.
• The calculator inputs and estimate shown when you submit (for example, whether your minerals are producing, acreage or monthly royalty figures you entered, and the resulting estimate range), so we can review your specific minerals.

You don't need to submit this form to use the calculator — the calculator runs entirely in your browser and requires no personal information.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to contact you about your mineral interests — typically to follow up, request additional detail, and where appropriate prepare and discuss an offer to purchase your minerals. We may keep your submission to maintain a record of our communications.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it except with service providers who help us operate (for example, email delivery), or where required by law.

Information collected automatically

We use a small number of standard tools to understand and protect the Site:

• Google Analytics 4 — aggregate, mostly anonymous usage measurement (pages viewed, approximate location, device). Governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on.
• Ahrefs Web Analytics — privacy-focused, cookieless traffic measurement.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — an invisible, privacy-preserving alternative to CAPTCHA that helps us keep automated bots from abusing our forms. Turnstile may collect technical signals from your browser to confirm you are a real visitor. Its handling of that data is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy.
• When you book a demo, scheduling is handled by Calendly under Calendly's Privacy Policy.

Cookies

Analytics and security tools above may set cookies or similar identifiers. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking them won't stop you from using the Site, though some measurement may not work.

Data retention & security

We retain form submissions for as long as needed to follow up and keep business records, and we take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing anthony@riseroofing.company. You can also ask us not to contact you further at any time.

About the data on this Site

The county, state, and operator statistics published on the Site are compiled from public county, state, and federal records and commercial datasets. They describe oil-and-gas activity and ownership records and are not personal information collected from you.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above.
