Feature · Lead Ranking & Scoring

Open a list that’s already sorted by who to call first

Lead Ranking scores and tiers every owner from three things at once — what they own, how close real activity is, and whether a life event is putting their minerals in motion — so the list you open is already sorted by who to call first, and saved searches plus daily digests keep your buy-box in front of you.

5 of 124 leads · Tier A first

Illustrative sample · names & interests synthetic

A saved search delivered as a ranked lead list — tier badge, score, and the reasons each owner ranked where it did, sorted highest first. Sample data is illustrative.
01 · The score

One score from value, activity, and timing

Each owner carries a score built from ownership value (interest size and appraisal context where available), activity proximity (how close fresh permits and drilling are), and life-event signals (succession and probate that put minerals in motion). It is a single, explainable number meant to sort your work — not a valuation or an offer.

  • Ownership value & interest size
  • Proximity to fresh permits & drilling
  • Life-event & succession signals
  • An explainable score, not a black box
02 · The tiers

Tiers that sort the work for you

Scores roll up into tiers, so a county of thousands of owners arrives already grouped into who to work first. Tier A is where value and active signals stack up; lower tiers stay in the file for later. You set the buy-box; the tiers tell you where to spend the morning instead of scrolling a flat export.

  • Owners grouped into clear tiers
  • Tier A = value + active signals
  • Work top-down, not alphabetically
  • Re-tiers as new activity lands
03 · Saved searches

Saved searches that hold your buy-box

Define a buy-box once — states, counties, interest type, score floor, activity window — and save it. The search keeps running, so new owners that match surface automatically instead of you re-querying every week. Run several saved searches in parallel for different theses and keep each one warm.

  • Save a buy-box once and reuse it
  • New matches surface automatically
  • Multiple theses side by side
  • No re-running the same query
04 · Daily digest

Daily digests so nothing goes cold

A daily digest delivers what changed inside your saved searches — new high-tier owners, fresh activity on owners you are already watching, signals that just fired. The list comes to you, ranked, so the best leads of the day are in front of you before you open the platform.

  • Daily digest of what changed
  • New high-tier owners highlighted
  • Fresh signals on watched owners
  • Ranked, so the best leads lead

Lead Ranking & Scoring, briefly

What goes into a lead’s score?

Three inputs combined: ownership value (interest size and appraisal context where available), activity proximity (how near fresh permits and drilling are), and life-event signals (succession and probate). It is designed to prioritize your outreach, not to value the interest or set an offer.

Is the score a valuation of the minerals?

No. The score ranks who to contact first; it is not a price. To size what an interest may be worth, use Production & Value Intelligence, which ties production history and decline context to an owner’s wells. The two answer different questions.

Can I tune the score to my buy-box?

You define the buy-box that feeds it — states, counties, interest type, score floor, and activity window — through saved searches, so the leads that surface match your thesis. Coverage and freshness of the underlying inputs vary by source; see the data coverage page.

How do saved searches and digests work together?

A saved search holds your buy-box and keeps running; the daily digest delivers what changed inside it — new high-tier owners and fresh signals on owners you are watching — ranked, so you start the day with the best leads instead of re-running queries.

Where do the leads come from in the first place?

From the owner spine in Ownership Intelligence, scored against the activity in the Activity Radar and the triggers in Seller Signals. Lead Ranking is the layer that sorts all of it into a call list.
